Quality assurance

As an academic translation agency, we take quality assurance seriously. We work in accordance with the European standard for translation services (NEN 15038), which means you can be sure that your translation meets the following criteria:

• Your text will always be translated by a native speaker of the target language
• Your translation will be double-checked by an experienced reviser before it is sent to you
• Your project will be handled by translators and editors with proven experience in your field
• All of our translators, revisers and project managers have university degrees in language and/or translation
• We use state-of-the-art translation tools and software in order to ensure consistency of style and terminology
